According to an entry in the 1908 Standard Atlas of Oakland County, Elmer E. Beadslee was a "Farmer, Breeder of Mules and Proprietor of Sashabaw Creek Farm" in Sec. 35 of Independence Township.
He was born in Oakland County in 1863.
Married Aradell Hall.
Children in 1908: Laverne, Irwin, Josephine, Clara and Irene.
