Fred had a farm on Foster Rd. in Springfield Township across the street from his parents. He & wife, Ann were members of the Baptist Church. The 1896 Illustrated Atlas of Oakland Co [305a] lists him as a retired farmer & capitalist. See Portrait Biography Album of Oakland Co., Chapman Bros.1891, pg. 250. They retired to the Village an lived in the house at 91 N. Main. .
Sons: William, died, age 1 mo.; and Frederick H., born 1849. Died 1872.
Daughters: Adelaide L. Beardsley? ; and Clara S., who lived with her parents inheriting the house in 1902. Clara was born in 1853 & died 8/9/1932. See 11/17/1966 Clarkston News article by Constance Lektzian.
