Ed J. owned of a farm west of Holcomb Rd. (now a part of the Deer Lake Farms subdivision), which was the Holcomb farm. Miller named it Cedar Glen Farm. The barn was 84 x 100', one of the largest in Oakland Co. Potatoes were the main crop. The farm was purchased by Harry B. Fruehauf in 1943. See Clarkston News article, 4/9/43.
