  • Dr. Robertson came to America with his parents when he was 7 years old. He received his medical degree from the Buffalo University of Medicine. He served in the medical corp in the Civil War. In 1880 he settled in Clarkston. When Dr. Clark Sutherland first came to Clarkston he practiced with Dr. Robertson. See 10/20/1966 Clarkston News article by Constance Lektzian. Residence 10 Robertson Ct.. Dr. Robertson built the house circa 1880 on the property which is now Robertson Ct. at Main Street. The house faced Main St. In 1923 the Dr. moved the main portion of the house to its present location. The kitchen became a part of the house at 16 Clarkston Rd.
