Walker Ephraim, born 8/30/1891 (married "Mamie" Gibson, daughter of Chelson Gibson of Clarkston.); Doris Habbin, born 10/23/1892 in Detroit. (Mrs. Hawthorne Alonzo Brown) & Gladys, born, 9/10/1896 in Clarkston, Michigan. (Mrs. William Stoothoff).
- The residence at 43 E. Washington was built for the Tiffanys. According to family history, Bertha inherited & 10,000 from her uncle, Hiram Walker. She & husband, William moved from Royal Oak, Michigan to the "country", Clarkston, for his health. They used her inheritance to build the house & open a shoe store on S. Main St.
