In the 1920s there was a house at this address listed in the tax records as Lot 14 Block 8, Lee Clark owner, assessed value $800. 1933 tax records listed Lee M. Clark for the east 65' of Lot 11 Block 8, assessed value $800, not Lot 14 Block 8. The original Nelson W. Clark Plat of the Village did not include a Lot 14 in Block 8. The 1872 map also had no Lot 14. Lee Clark lived in a house on this lot while he and his father, Edwin Clark ran Vulcan Metal Works on the adjacent property with Main Street frontage. Clark moved to the house at 38 N. Holcomb in the 1940s. The house on this Waldon Road site was moved to Sashabaw Road . No photographs of this house are available at this time.
