Depot Park

Did you know that part of Depot Park used to be a dumpsite for trash? From the 1850s through 1932,

the site was also used as a wool mill for making clothes, a livery for horses, a creamery for bottling cow’s milk, and a greenhouse.

The Clarkston Village Hall was not built until the 1970s. City workers who use this building help maintain Clarkston’s streets, sidewalks, trees, and parks. The city council meets here and people also come here to vote!
